Description:Hi, guys, my name is Hope, and I'm here to show you just a basic overview of the new 2007 Excel version. So, I'm going to show you where things are that you might have been looking for, and kind of some of the new things that are available now in this new version. So lets' get started. The first thing that I'm going to show you is what I like to call the fancy button. It's up here in the left hand corner. The reason I call it the fancy button is it just looks really pretty. If you click on this fancy button, that is actually your file menu. So if you've been looking for your "save as," that's where it's located. You're going to see a lot more options underneath the "save as" version. You're going to see that you can actually save it as a macro-enabled workbook, which we can get into later. Also, the older versions -- if someone doesn't have a conversion packet, you can save it as Excel 97/2003 workbook, and they'll be able to open it. So if you have any friends out there who are getting your Excel workbook and they can't open it, you can just save it in this version and then they'll be able to open it in their old way. Print button is also here, if you've been looking for that. Some other things that we can get into later are just some "prepare" options. And then "send," if you've ever sent any of your Excel workbooks as an attachment, you can just click on "e-mail" right here and it will open up your Outlook and send it as an attachment in your e-mail.
